Important Notice

Parcel opening video is must to address any issues (size,damages, missing items,wrong item delivered etc).Video should be Without any pause and cuts in between. Else it will not be considered
Start the video before opening the product till the end where you check everything.

Kindly don't raise any issue to us if you don't have a parcel opening video.

Don't give excuses like I was very excited, I was not at home and some body opened it etc. This is surely not our problem.

It should be a 360 degree parcel opening video in which you have to show parcel from all the sides and than open so it can be seen that it was not opened from any other side

Strictly no issues will be entertained without proper parcel opening video as mentioned above.

 

What is your exchange policy for online purchases?
At Trylo Industries, we offer an exchange policy and are pleased to exchange your purchase that is unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 07 days from the date of delivery in hand of the respected customer.

 TO NOTE THAT THE REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AS STORE CREDIT AND NOT IN THE BANK ACCOUNT

ALSO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY ONCE, COURIER CHARGES (50/-) WILL BE CHARGED FOR SECOND TIME RETURN

What is your return policy for online purchases?
If you would like to return any of the items purchased please contact our care team within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.

Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.

 

Refunds in Order placed with Discount
If the two products are purchased worth INR 250/- and INR 300/- each and then one of the product is returned (total amount is INR 550/- so we have given flat INR 50 OFF the store credit will be reflected as x - 50) If product worth 300 is returned so store credit will be INR 250/-
